AubanLabie
Creative web developer and web designer at the intersection of design and technology, I am passionate about crafting inspiring digital experiences. Merging aesthetics with advanced technology, I create elegant digital solutions that capture attention and turn ideas into unique interactions.

About
Hello ! My name is Auban Labie, a 30-year-old junior front-end developer and UI/UX designer residing in Marche-Les-Dames, in the province of Namur. A passionate Belgian, I find my balance between coding, fitness, and video games. Blessed with a calm and thoughtful nature, I can adapt to various situations. My primary goal? To combine technical skills with aesthetics to create captivating digital experiences. In my eyes, the user experience is at the heart of every successful project.
My passion for web development began as a self-taught endeavor, exploring the depths of coding on my own. This self-learning drive later led me to IEPSCF Namur Cadets, where I underwent a rigorous curriculum. Furthermore, my training at BeCode significantly enhanced my skills, strengthening my self-taught foundation, firmly paving my way into the professional world of web development.
The journey as a freelancer taught me the value of informed decision-making and prioritization. Each assignment demands meticulous organization to maximize its efficiency. Just as in a corporate setting, the weekly sprint backlog is crucial to align the team with a shared vision and ensure the added value of every accomplishment.
Process
Every project is unique, and my approach adjusts accordingly. However, I am convinced that a structured process is essential to ensure the success of every project.
01
Planning
Analysis of the project's objectives and requirements based on the provided specifications or available information. Development of a detailed project plan, including a timeline, an estimate of the required resources, and defining responsibilities for each team member.
02
Design
Exploration of current design and feature trends to draw inspiration and design an innovative solution tailored to the project's needs. Consulting inspiration sources such as Dribbble, Behance, or Awwwards to identify relevant ideas and approaches. Creating mockups and prototypes for the user interface and user experience, using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Presenting the concepts to the client and integrating feedback to refine the design.
03
Development
Transforming mockups into functional code using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React. Development of the back-end architecture and integration with databases and APIs, as needed.
04
Deployment
Launching the site on a production server, using hosting tools and services such as Git, Netlify, or Heroku. Optimizing the site's performance to ensure a smooth user experience. Monitoring and resolving technical issues that may arise after the site's launch.
Skills
My technical and non-technical skills are the result of solid training, diverse professional experience, and a constant commitment to learning and improvement. They make me a valuable asset to any project team.
